GS1 batches

Create one GS1 Digital Link code per product from a spreadsheet.

Switch on both Create multiple KuikCodes from a CSV and GS1 Digital Link in Step 1. The panel offers Download the GS1 CSV template:

KuikCode Name,(01) GTIN,Phone URL,(10) Batch or lot,(21) Serial number,(22) Consumer product variant,(17) Expiry YYMMDD,Tags
  • KuikCode Name, (01) GTIN and Phone URL are required.
  • Add any other application identifier as its own column, headed with the AI in brackets, for example (13) Packaging date or (90) Internal ref; the value is carried into every row's link.
  • GTINs are validated and normalised; a GTIN repeated inside the file, or already used by a code in the workspace, stops the batch with the row number.
  • A file is either all GS1 rows or all plain links, never mixed.

Every row prints as a GS1 Digital Link on the workspace's GS1 host and the batch lands in one folder. Batch size follows the plan's bulk ceiling, 500 rows on Business.

Set up a GS1 code

Turn on the GS1 switch, enter the product identifiers, choose where phones land, and print the human-readable line next to the code.
