Edit a KuikPage
Applies a list of edit operations to the draft, in order, all or nothing. Operations: setBlock, addBlock, removeBlock, moveBlock (blocks by id), setTheme, setNav, addPage, removePage, setPage, movePage. The header at the top of a page stays first and cannot be removed; home stays first and has no address. revision must be the page's current one: if the page changed since you read it, the answer is 409 and you read it again.

The whole document: pages, their blocks with ids, theme and navigation, plus the revision to send with edits and signed preview links.
Publish a KuikPage POST
Puts the current draft live at its address, exactly as the editor's Publish button does. Codes pointing at the page show the new version right away. The first publish also gives the page its own KuikCode: an existing code that opens the page, or a new one, which counts toward the plan's code limit (at the limit the page publishes without one).
