Puts the current draft live at its address, exactly as the editor's Publish button does. Codes pointing at the page show the new version right away. The first publish also gives the page its own KuikCode: an existing code that opens the page, or a new one, which counts toward the plan's code limit (at the limit the page publishes without one).
Publish a hosted site POST
Deploys a ZIP to https://{subdomain}.kuik.page/. The ZIP needs an index.html at its root (a single top folder is flattened). Static files only: HTML, CSS, JS, JSON, images, fonts, audio, video and PDF; anything else, such as .php, is skipped and listed in `skipped`. Up to 300 files, 5 MB per file and 15 MB in total. Counts against the plan's hosted site slots.
